Pet & House Sitting

As I embarked on this adventure an unexpected business opportunity arose.

I’ve been asked to pet and house sit!

It all started simple enough…

“Autumn, you said you live everywhere, like nomadically?” 

“That’s right.”

 “You up for a trade, feed a lizard for a shower?” 

“Sure, why not?”

Then one thing led to the next and more requests flowed in.  What started out as helping out some friends and family has turned into a word-of-mouth business. I’ve crossed state lines for these gigs, and if you’re in need, I am willing to travel to you.

I do all my pet and house sitting work with my dog Chloe, a 2-year-old McNabb Cattle Dog.  She comes with me everywhere I go and she gets along great with other animals.  If I fly to you, she will need to come with me and stay in the house.  If we travel to you by car, she will also need to stay in the house.  If we travel to you by RV, she can stay in the RV as long as there is electrical hook-ups for climate control.

Rates 

House Sitting Only (No Pets) 

$80 to $100 per night + Cost of Travel (Gasoline  or Airline Ticket)

House Sitting with Pets

$100 to $150 per night + Cost of Travel (Gasoline or Airline Ticket) – Up to 3 Animals

If you have more than 3 animals, there is an additional charge of $25.00 per night, per animal.
